Ginkgo Helps Young, Healthy Brains Too

Despite the growing evidence, many people still believe that ginkgo only helps memory in elderly people with impaired memories. . . .

This new study gave either 240mg of Ginkgo biloba extract or a placebo to 177 healthy people between the ages of forty-five and sixty-five. The ginkgo brought about significantly better improvement in quantitative recall and delayed (but not immediate) qualitative recall. This study adds to the evidence that ginkgo also helps healthy, young people.
