Want to be smarter? What if a simple cup of herbal tea could do the trick? Turns out, maybe it can!

Several studies have shown that inhaling peppermint aroma or consuming peppermint improves cognition, memory and attention.

Compared to a placebo tea, peppermint tea significantly improved the composite cognitive score as well as all individual scores measured. It was especially good at improving memory and attention.
