Building Immunity During COVID

This study looked to see if there was any correlation between supplementing vitamins C and D and immune status during COVID. There was!
Immune status was measured by the Immune Status Questionnaire (ISQ), which tracks sudden fever, diarrhoea, headache, skin problems, muscle and joint pain, common cold and coughing. The study included 615 adults.
The study found both that taking vitamin D supplements and taking vitamin C supplements was significantly associated with better ISQ scores.
This study adds to the evidence that vitamins C and D can help support immunity during the COVID pandemic.
