Eating Whole Grain Keeps Blood Pressure Perfect

When researchers followed almost 29,000 healthy women who were forty-five years old or more for ten years, they found that the more whole grains you eat, the less high blood pressure there was. . . . 

Women who ate more than four servings of whole grains a day were 23% less likely to get high blood pressure than women who ate less than half a serving a day.
