598 kids were given either 900mg of plant source omega-3’s and 100mg seafood source omega-3’s or only 140mg of omega-3’s for a year. . . .
 

The kids who got the 1000mg had significantly fewer upper respiratory infections than the group who got the smaller dose. And when the 1000mg group did catch one, they got rid of it faster.
