The Verdict’s In: Black Seed Lowers Blood Pressure

Studies have suggested that the tiny but versatile and powerful seed known as black seed can lower your blood pressure. This new meta-analysis put the claim to the test. And the verdict is . . .
Black seed, or black cumin seed, officially goes by the name Nigella sativa. Recent years have seen an explosion of research proving this herb to be safe, versatile and powerful.
One of its important benefits claimed for the herb is the ability to lower blood pressure. A just published meta-analysis put that claim to the test.
The meta-analysis put together the data from studies up to August 2022 and found that black seed really did significantly reduce both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
So, the verdict is in: black seed really does effectively lower blood pressure.
