Losing Weight While Doing Nothing
Have you always wished you could lose weight while doing nothing. Maybe you can! At least if you take this herbal supplement.

Okay, it’s a small study, and it wasn’t a controlled study, but it’s a start.
This study gave16 healthy, active men blackcurrant extract for 14 days and measured their body fat response while at rest. Even though they were doing nothing, the herbal extract was. Fat oxidation increased. In 9 of the men, it increased by more than 10%. The lead researcher of the study said that that increase could lead to an extra 15 pounds of fat burned off in a year.
The 300mg capsules of black currant extract contained 105mg of anthocyanins and polyphenols, both powerful flavonoid antioxidants. The men in the study took 2 a day at breakfast.
This study suggests for, perhaps, the first time that that black currant extract could help with healthy weight loss. And it may do all its work while you do none.
