If You Want to Fight a Cold Fast, Try this Amazing Herb!

There are no recommended pharmaceutical treatment for the common cold. There is, however, a long list of natural treatments that work really well. This amazing, but still little known, herb works really well and really fast.
Several studies, including a systematic review of 33 controlled studies, show that the herb Andrographis works really well, not only for the common cold, but for several types of acute respiratory infections, including cold, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia, laryngitis and tonsillitis (PLoS One 2017; 12(8):e0181780).
This new study adds important evidence because it may be the first to use objective measures on a validated scale instead of people reporting how they feel.
The study used the Wisconsin Upper Respiratory Symptom Survey with 300 people with confirmed uncomplicated upper respiratory tract infections, or, more simply, people with common colds. They were each given either a placebo or 200mg or 400mg of andrographis extract.
One of the impressive things about andrographis is that it works fast. Already by just day three, the symptom severity score and the global score were significantly lower than placebo on both doses of andrographis with the larger dose working slightly better.
This important new study gives more weight to the suggestion that you include the herb andrographis on your list of important immune herbs for fighting off the common cold.
