The Power of Ashwagandha and Ginger Over COVID

This new study compared a herbal combination of ashwagandha and ginger to conventional pharmaceutical treatment of COVID with very exciting results.
This unblinded study compared 500mg of ashwagandha extract and 1g of ginger twice a day to conventional treatment with Paracetamol, Cetrizine, vitamin C and Azithromycin in 48 people with mild to moderate COVID.
The primary outcome was clinical cure rate, which was defined as the proportion of people who were symptom free with negative COVID tests. The herbal combination was significantly more effective. On day 7, 60% of people taking ashwagandha and ginger had clinical recovery versus only 4.3% on the drugs. By day 15 the percentage of people cured in the herb group had swelled to 92% while still only 34.7% of the drug group were clinically cured.
On day 7, 76% of the herb group had attained viral clearance versus 60.8% of the drug group. By day 15 viral clearance was virtually the same: 95.6% on the herbs and 95% on the drugs.
People who took the ashwagandha and ginger achieved clinical recovery in an average of 6.9 days, while the drug group took a significantly longer 13 days.
The ashwagandha-ginger combination achieved these remarkable results entirely safely.
This study suggests that the combination of ashwagandha and ginger can safely and effectively improve and speed up recovery from COVID.
