Olive oil for crisping in a frying pan

Place everything, but the water and last olive oil for crisping, in a food processor and mix.  Add the water and mix until it is a consistency that can form mounds in a frying pan. Place in small burger size mounds in frying pan with some olive oil in it. Turn to medium heat. Crisp on one side until golden, then turn over and press down, and cook until golden on both sides. Serve with pickles and mustard, if desired.  Makes 12.
