combination of curcumin and CoQ10 helps migraine headaches

8.3% of Canadians and 12%-22% of Americans suffer from migraines. And suffer is no hyperbole: 91% of them can barely function when they suffer an attack. But powerful natural help is readily available.

There are many herbs, including feverfew and butterbur, that impressively help migraine sufferers. A new study has now shown that teaming up curcumin with coenzyme Q10 is a powerful approach.

This double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 91 people on medication for migraines found that when you combine 80mg of nano-curcumin with 300mg of CoQ10 a day for 8 weeks there is significant improvement in frequency, severity and duration of migraine headaches. The supplements were safe with no side effects.

Nano-curcumin is one of the many ways available of enhancing the absorption of curcumin.
