A multi can not only make you feel better, it can also make you feel happier. . . .
   Fifty healthy men between fifty and sixty-nine were given either a multi or a placebo for eight weeks. The men on the multi had improved scores for depression, anxiety and stress. They also reported increased alertness. Ability to carry out normal daily activities also improved in the men taking the multi.
