dandelion is delicious and packed in nutrients

Every year, we eat our delicious dandelion greens!

Packed in vitamin C, A, K and even D and rich in potassium. I have no idea why more people don't eat this super food. The super nutritious leaves are also a powerful diuretic and are great for digestion. The roots are one of the best liver herbs in the world.

Our dandelion harvest is pictured cooked with garlic, olive oil and pepper.
