Maybe it is true that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. . . .  This study followed 29,206 men for sixteen years. It found that men who regularly skip breakfast are 21% more likely to develop type II diabetes than men who regularly eat breakfast. Men who eat only one to two meals a day are at a 25% higher risk of diabetes than men who eat three meals a day.
