This double-blind, placebo-controlled study gave either a placebo or 500mg a day of CoQ10 to people with MS for twelve weeks.

While fatigue continued to get significantly worse in the placebo group, it improved significantly in the CoQ10 group. The CoQ10 group also experienced significant improvement in depression.

This study suggests that supplementing CoQ10 can significantly improve life for people with MS.
